The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for building communities. The Community Property Manager is responsible for all phases of the operation of the property. Including, but not limited to achieving the highest possible net operating income through implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs, the general administration and maintenance of the physical property, the supervision and direction of all personnel and the financial operation of the property within approved budgetary guidelines. The Community Property Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalBuild and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partnersMonitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms and other channelsCreate and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and other communication channelsPlan and execute events and activities to engage the communityAnalyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channelsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent education requiredBachelor's degree preferred2 years of property management experience required, must have at least 2 years experience with tax creditsProject Based Section 8 housing experienceHUD knowledge/experience and strong management experienceAffordable housing certifications preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for building and engaging communitiesValid driver's license and reliable transportationPrior training in budget preparations and analyzing reports, marketing, and human resource management is preferred.Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pmAbility to Speak/Write Spanish a Requirement!
