Job ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the area of employment. Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Knowledge of each ISR Module (Infrastructure, Performance, Costing and Mission Capacity). Knowledgeable of the feeder systems in which ISR receives data from (GFEBS, HQIIS, PRIDE, ASIP, AEWRS, SWARWEB) and other Army databases of record. Must possess the ability to explain issues in a manner easily understood by personnel not familiar with ISR. Manage the ISR Program (Infrastructure, Performance, Costing and Mission Capacity). Be knowledgeable of each ISR module. Establish and improve methods of data collection, data capture, quality control and follow-up on discrepancies. Responsibilities exist from inception of each fiscal or calendar year to completion of quarterly and annual submission requirements. Responsible for the accuracy, quality and timeliness of all ISR required submissions. Recommend policy changes to improve and enhance the ISR process and reporting. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all modules of the ISR Program. Serve as the ISR Program Administrator. Maintain line of communications with NGB ISR POCs and State ISR POCs. Responsible for disseminating new or updated requirements ISR Information. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of each ISR program. Maintains an active list of all ISR users (NGB & State). Disseminates new or update policy requirements to ISR POCs in a timely manner. Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma and relevant program experience. Additional Comments Must possess a valid South Carolina Drivers' License and successfully complete the Agency's AAA driver safety course. Some overnight travel may be required.
