The ideal candidate will have experience preparing, reviewing, and managing documents related to commercial and residential real estate, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and assisting throughout the closing process.#LATResponsibilities:Assist attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions, including document preparation, review, and revisionDraft, review, and assemble loan documents, purchase agreements, deeds, and other real estate contractsConduct title and survey reviews and coordinate resolution of title issuesPrepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completenessAssist with real estate closings, including coordinating with lenders, title companies, clients, and other partiesManage post-closing matters, including delivery of documents, collection of required items, and confirmation of proper recordingRequirements:Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate 4+ years related work experienceReal estate and finance experience $85,000 - $96,000 a year
