Welder / Fabricator - 1st ShiftPay: $23.00/hourSchedule: Full-time, 1st shiftWe're seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join a busy manufacturing operation producing custom-built agricultural and industrial equipment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in strong, clean welds and enjoys working from prints to build durable, real-world products.What You'll Do Perform fabrication and welding using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes Cut, shape, position, and secure metal components using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Weld components for products such as hose reels, dumpsters, booster pumps, trailers, and tool bars Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and specification compliance Perform repair and maintenance welding on existing structures and equipment Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety standards Support production needs with additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Hands-on welding and fabrication experience (or a combination of training and experience) Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Solid understanding of metal properties and welding techniques Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Welding certification (AWS, CWB, or similar) is a plus Must be able to read, write, and speak English Ability to lift 75 lbs as requiredWhy This Role Consistent 1st shift schedule Competitive hourly pay Variety of fabrication projects-no repetitive assembly-line welding Stable, full-time opportunity in a production environment that values craftsmanshipIf you're a dependable welder who wants steady work and takes pride in quality fabrication, this is a solid opportunity to put your skills to work.For more information call Kristin at 920-684-8324 or for immediate consideration email your resume to kkracaw@ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
