Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience operating CNC punch press machinesStrong understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and tool adjustmentsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawingsFamiliarity with sheet metal materials and tolerancesProficient with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measuresAbility to stand for extended periods during the shiftTeam-oriented, reliable, and able to meet daily production goals in a job shop environmentJob Duties:Set up, operate, and adjust CNC punch press machines according to work instructions and customer specificationsLoad and unload sheet metal and manage finished parts and scrap materialInstall, remove, and maintain punch tooling as required for each jobMonitor machine operation and make adjustments to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiencyInspect parts throughout production using proper measuring tools and documentationPerform routine machine maintenance and tooling checksFollow all safety procedures related to punch press operation and material handlingMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work areaBenefits:Paid holidaysPaid vacationHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match
