Role: Engage new and existing customers with professionalism and care. Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to assist our diverse customer base. Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach. Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services. Support clients with policy changes, billing, claims, and more. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
