Job DescriptionJob Title: Superintendent - Houston, TXJob Description: Oversee all aspects of MEP projects from planning to completion Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met Supervise and lead a team on-site Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project and provide solutions Review project documentation and report progress to the project manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Proven experience as a Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Certification in project management is a plus Location: Houston, TXIf you meet the above requirements and are looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply for the Electrical Project Superintendent position with us.The pay listed for this role is $135k.
