Supports campuses in processing student enrollment, transfers, and withdraws. Qualifications: Education/Certification:High School diploma or GEDExperience:Two years clerical experienceSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Ability to maintain accurate and auditable recordsAbility to use personal computer and software to develop or maintain spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing.Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, communications, telephone etiquette, problem solving, and organizational skills.Basic math skillsStrong Organizational SkillsMajor Responsibilities and Duties:1. Support campuses with maintaining physical and computerized records including student cumulative folders.2. Compile, maintain, and file all required physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents.3. Oversee and coordinate with the campuses to process new student records, including transcripts and records from other schools, setting up cumulative folder, and entering student data into appropriate databases.4. Calculate grade point averages, class rank, and prepare honor rolls.5. Assist campus administration and counselors with the preparation of reports and student data information.6. Coordinate and train district as well as campus registrar staff. Provide leadership to standardize district processes and strengthen procedures on all campuses.7. Assist supervisor with PEIMS records and reports as needed.8. Assist in providing training and support to campuses and to business and human resources staff responsible for processing registration, transfer, and withdrawal data.9. Oversee and support the transfer processes.10. Maintain returning student registration and new student online enrollment.11. Support campuses in entry/withdrawal of students.12. Execute the cumulative folder exchange process.Other:13. Assist in complying with policies established by federal and state law, State board of Education rule, and local Board policy.14. Assist in compiling, maintaining, and filing all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents required.15. Maintain confidentiality of information .16. Perform any and all duties as assigned.17. Successfully advances district initiatives.Minimum Salary: $32,219 - 226 daysSalary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
