Entry-level; clean room experience preferred Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable reading labels and work instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to be cross-trained and work in different departments as needed Strong attendance and reliability What You'll Do: Perform basic mechanical and sub-assembly work Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks Leak test components as required Read and follow detailed work instructions to ensure product accuracy Maintain clean room standards, including wearing a full clean room "bunny sui t" Meet quality standards throughout each step of the assembly process Collaborate with team members and supervisors for smooth production flow Cable and harness assembly experience is a plus Why This Opportunity?
