RN Supervisor/Educator

Caton Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center - Caton Park Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Long Term Care.RN Job Summary:·         Deliver educational programs for healthcare professionals·         Conduct training sessions on patient care, medical documentation.·         Works seamlessly with office staff to have aides activated and ready for duty.·         Responsible for signing off on, orientation forms for each nurse/aide and handing them to staff in timely manner.·         Ensure staff compliances are completed·         Classes are completed using instructional material provided by Director of Education.·         Nurse must use their own clinical experience to inspire the orientees·         Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective trainingRN Requirements and Qualifications:·         Current NYS RN Registered Nurse License·         Excellent clear communication and time-management skills.·         Adaptability and Flexibility to changes and all personalities is a plus.·         Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.·         Experience in Longterm Care·         Understanding of patient care principles·         Familiarity with HIPAA regulations·         Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionalsRN Educator Position Details:·         Flexible ScheduleAPPLY NOW!
