Our mission is to deliver real results-qualified leads that help our clients grow.The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Technical Account Manager who can manage client relationships and actively support execution. This is not just a planning or communication role-you'll be expected to help get things done. That means managing tasks, coordinating deliverables, and directly supporting campaign and website execution when needed.You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, translating business goals into actionable strategies and working closely with our internal team to make sure those strategies are implemented effectively.This is a remote position, but being within driving distance of Towson, MD is a strong plus for occasional in-person meetings or team sessions.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day communication for a portfolio of SEO/PPC clientsInterpret digital performance data and present results in a clear, business-friendly wayActively support execution: coordinate and QA website updates, SEO tasks, and technical auditsLead client calls, discovery sessions, and performance reviewsTranslate strategy into concrete deliverables and timelines, and follow through to completionCreate clear documentation of project scopes and requirementsStay current on SEO, PPC, and marketing trends in the construction and home services spaceRequirements1+ years working in a digital marketing agency environmentWorking knowledge of WordPress websites, SEO, and Google Ads Strong communication and project coordination skillsHands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and AhrefsDetail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple active accountsProven ability to execute-not just plan or advise-on technical marketing tasksBonus PointsExperience with industry platforms like JobTread, Buildertrend, or CoConstructFamiliarity with lead tracking, call tracking, and attribution workflowsPerks & BenefitsHybrid work setupFlexible time off and paid holidaysDown-to-earth, results-driven team with a collaborative mindset
