POSITION IS LOCATED IN ** MINOT NORTH DAKOTA ** RELOCATION REQUIREDNOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED HVAC INSTALLERSWe're looking for a skilled HVAC Installers who know the trade and can also handle light service work without hand-holding. If you don't have at least 3 years of real HVAC INSTALLTION experience, do not apply. This is not a training position.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of hands-on installation experience in heating, cooling, and ventilation, including start-up procedures on various types of equipment in residential, commercial and industrial facilities.EPA Certification required.Mechanical, gas piping, or other trade certifications are strongly encouraged.Clean driving record - you'll be driving a company vehicle.No criminal record.Must be able to lift, push, and pull 100+ lbs when needed.Work includes tight spaces, roofs, ladders, and crawl areas - if you're afraid of heights or confined spaces, this isn't the job for you.Must know your way around hand tools, meters, gauges, and diagnostic equipment.Show up on time, work hard, and treat customers and coworkers with respect.We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceSteady, year-round workA solid team that values skill and reliabilityIf you're an experienced HVAC Installer with your EPA certification and the drive to get work done right, we want to hear from you.Apply only if you meet the experience requirements.Competitive Wages starting at $25 - $30/hour - Based on ExperienceHVAC Installer Duties & Responsibilities:Inspect the effectiveness and safety of the current customer's HVAC systemInstalling, maintaining, and repairing the customer's ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipmentDiagnosing HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defectsCleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty servicesMaintaining a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resourcesEnsuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety ActParticipate in all technical trainingComplying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirementsAbility to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidaysHVAC Installer Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalentlyValid driver's license with Insurable Driving RecordVocational, training, or apprenticeship of an HVAC program.Current HVAC technician licenseUnderstanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heatingWorking knowledge of boiler systemsAbility to work in confined spacesReliable and self-motivatedExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidaysCompensation $25-$30 per hour
