Step into a facility engineering position where your attention to detail and ownership mindset directly protect people and keep operations running clean and compliant.What You'll Do:Own and manage the facility's PSM/RMP program, including process hazard analyses, compliance audits, and emergency response planningTrack and ensure compliance across all environmental permits and certifications - air emissions, hazardous waste, storm water, wastewater, and moreLead ammonia system safety oversight, including MOC approvals, contractor certification, and incident investigationsManage engineering drawings using VAULT and AutoCAD, and support contractor and project management initiativesInterface with Federal, State, and local agencies to prepare and submit regulatory documentationRequirementsPreferred but not a requirement- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Safety discipline.Experience managing a facility's safety programs, focusing on preventing large-scale chemical incidents5+ years experience in ammonia PSM and utilities compliance.Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119, EPA RMP, and IIAR standards.Proven ability to design durable management systems.Preferred: RETA/IIAR certifications, CSP, environmental compliance experience.BenefitsFull Benefits Package - see attachedMedicalDental 401k/up to 6% matchPTO -accrued every 2 weeks 15 days first year
