If you bring strong technical skills along with a natural ability to educate customers and recommend upgrades, this is a great opportunity to join a company known for quality workmanship and exceptional service!Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of residential HVAC equipmentIdentify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with accuracy and confidenceEducate homeowners on system performance and recommend improvements for comfort, efficiency, and air qualityPresent and promote value-added services including maintenance plans, indoor air quality products, duct cleaning, Aeroseal, and system replacementsDeliver a five-star customer experience by building trust and exceeding expectations on every callWork collaboratively with team members in a positive, performance-focused environmentParticipate in ongoing training and stay current with industry advancements and technologyQualifications:At least five (5) years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA Universal Certification requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment background checkPrevious sales experience in HVAC or home services preferredExperience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms is a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to educate customers and confidently recommend solutionsReliable, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality serviceComfortable working in tight spaces while maintaining a strong focus on safety and workmanshipWhat We Offer:Our top performers are the highest-paid technicians in the Levittown market.
