Position OverviewKitchen Tune-Up Lake Mary is growing and seeking a skilled, dependable full-time cabinet and cabinet refacing installer to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced remodelers or trim carpenters who take pride in high-quality work and want stable, long-term employment. You’ll be completing cabinet installations and cabinet refacing projects in residential homes throughout our community, many of them high-end. We are committed to: Delivering high-quality cabinet and storage solutions Treating homeowners and teammates with respect Creating growth opportunities for our employees  Giving back to our local community Responsibilities  Complete projects according to instructions provided by the Project Manager Remove and install: Cabinets Cabinet doors and drawer fronts Trim and moldings Hardware Drill for hinges and install doors and drawer fronts accurately Install roll-out trays and cabinet accessories  Follow Kitchen Tune-Up TrustPoints on every job site Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area daily  Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding progress Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications 3+ years of cabinet installation, refacing, or trim carpentry experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Proficient in:  Drilling for hinges  Installing doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays  Ability to safely operate power and battery tools including:  Table saw  Sander  Drill  Router  Planer  Nail gun Reliable transportation and basic hand tools preferred Why join the Kitchen Tune-Up team?
