Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customersMeet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate optionsFollow up with prospective and existing clients to provide continued support and serviceMaintain accurate records of client interactions and informationWork toward individual performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environmentSchedule: Monday - FridayCompensation: $73k-80k OTE year one RequirementsIdeal BackgroundStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfort speaking with people and building professional relationshipsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyOrganized and detail orientedBasic familiarity with computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM toolsA positive, confident, and professional approachPrevious sales experience is helpful but not required.
