**Escrow Disbursement Support Specialist (Mid-Level)** **Location:** 100% Onsite **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Position Overview** Adecco is seeking an Escrow Disbursement Support Specialist in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for performing daily bank reconciliations and managing escrow disbursement activities. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform daily bank reconciliation for escrow accounts. + Reconcile outstanding deposits and disbursements, including checks and wire transactions. + Balance files in accordance with lender instructions and lender wire requirements. + Process and monitor escrow disbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Provide support to internal and external customers by resolving issues via internal systems, email, and phone communication. + Manage ancillary processes including: + Check reissues + Trial balance reconciliation + Refund processing + Review signed lender packages related to refinance transactions, including: + Notes and security instruments + Affidavits and other supporting documents + Confirm documentation completeness to approve files for funding. **Qualifications** + 1 year of transactions processing and bank reconciliation experience. + Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and disbursement processes. + Experience in escrow operations, mortgage servicing, or financial reconciliation preferred. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency with financial systems, email communication, and standard office software. **Pay Details:** $22.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
