ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens. Makes beds.Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.Dusts furniture. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills.Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.Transports trash and waste to disposal area.Replenishes bathroom supplies. Replaces light bulbs.Must interact courteously, tactfully and politely with managers, co-workers, residents, vendors or associates to preserve productivity and moral.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
