Duties and Responsibilities: * Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality * Serve to educate guests of products offerings and promotions * Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly * Take out garbage and maintain a clean & organized dining room * Must love to smile and connect with people * Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not * limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs. * Model and support clear communications between the front counter and dining room staff * Follow sanitation and safety procedures * Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality The Ideal Dining Room Host has these attributes: * Able to work with a sense of urgency and provide fast service. * Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic * Experience with customer service preferred * Open availability including nights and weekends * Flexible and Adaptable in a changing environment * Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well * Enthusiastic and Positive * Consistent and Reliable * Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in the drive-thru) Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
