We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to support our growing organization. This role is a key partner to restaurant and corporate leadership, helping ensure our teams are supported, workplace concerns are addressed effectively, and HR practices scale as we continue to grow.Why This Role MattersOur restaurants succeed because of great people. In this role, you will work closely with operations leadership to ensure team members are supported, workplace issues are addressed quickly and fairly, and HR programs run smoothly across multiple locations.What You'll DoPartner with restaurant and regional leaders to support employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigationsResponsible for HR operations including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave of absence managementManage workers' compensation and unemployment claims, including documentation and hearingsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulationsAdminister employee leaves including FMLA, medical, and personal leavesEnsure compliance with ACA requirements and tip reporting regulationsSupport minor labor law compliance and work permit requirementsProvide guidance to leaders on conflict resolution, employee concerns, and HR best practicesMaintain HR records, reporting, and policy implementation across the organizationRequirements7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality environmentsStrong knowledge of ACA, FMLA, wage and hour laws, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and tip reportingExperience conducting employee investigations and resolving workplace conflictsAbility to partner effectively with operational leaders in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
