Lockheed Martin is looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Engineer to join the Theater High Altitude Air Defense /(THAAD/) program in either Huntsville, AL or Sunnyvale, CA/. As the Chief Engineer Sr MGR for THAAD, you will: - Support all phases of the program lifecycle /(development, production, and post production/)/. - Provide technical direction to engineers in all disciplines across the weapon system/. - Have the ability to develop tech maturation plans, as required, for product evolution - Develop action plans, as required, to brief internal executive leadership, as well as, external customers/. - Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and must have the ability to successfully execute across a variety of contracts and execute across a variety of efforts simultaneously/. - Perform as a L/-coded leader for a portion of the THAAD CE staff ensuring appropriate goals are established and completed, training curriculum is sufficient and completed, and providing feedback for yearly performance reviews/. - The successful candidate must also have ability to organize, motivate and lead groups of engineering personnel, and demonstrate in/-depth technical skills/.
