The position is responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing HR programs and operations, and ensuring compliance. This individual will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate policies, activities, and oversee the staff of the Human Resource department.The position includes a generous salary of up to $140K plus bonus and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position)Sr. Deputy Human Resources Manager responsibilities include:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyOversee and manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingEnsure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulationsDevelop and maintain HR policies and proceduresConduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvementManage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on employee-related mattersCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute workforce planning strategiesManage the budget for the HR departmentOversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensationConduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and proceduresLead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plansWho Are You?:You're someone who wants to influence your own development.
