Your RoleYou are confident in performing thorough area clearance activities to prevent product mix-ups and ensure compliance with quality standardsYou will read, interpret, and understand job tickets to determine correct job setup and production requirementsYou have the ability to set up and operate printing presses, making precise adjustments to achieve proper alignment and color accuracyYou will maintain optimal press settings to consistently deliver high-quality output while meeting efficiency and productivity goalsYou will conduct pre-setup and in-process inspections to identify defects early and maintain product qualityYou will maintain accurate and complete production records by following good documentation practicesYou are committed to identifying, flagging, and segregating nonconforming product in accordance with quality proceduresYou will set up and perform preventive maintenance activities on presses and related equipmentYou will ensure partial rolls are properly wrapped, labeled, and prepared for transfer to the warehouseYou will maintain inks and rollers in accordance with work instructions and manufacturing requirementsYou are driven to perform regular preventive maintenance to support optimal press performance and reliabilityYou are committed to supporting safety goals by maintaining a clean, organized work area and promptly reporting unsafe conditionsYou will comply with all environmental, OSHA, and safety requirements, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipmentYour ProfileYou have a high school diploma or equivalentYou bring at least three years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environmentYou have basic math and computer skills and are comfortable working with production data and systemsYou bring strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working hands-on with equipment and machineryYou are detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, safety, and complianceYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and interpersonal abilitiesYou are physically capable of lifting up to 80 pounds as part of your roleYou thrive in a detailed, fast-paced production environmentYou bring experience working in a team leadership or mentoring role (preferred)You have familiarity with cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical printing or packaging environments, or are motivated to develop this expertise (preferred)Our OfferJoin a dedicated team of skilled and motivated colleagues who take pride in producing high-quality pharmaceutical literature and labels.
