Job Description Full-Time | Commercial/Industrial Project | Weekly Pay CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Pipe Welders and Pipefitter Helpers for an upcoming project in Nashville, TN. Pipe Welder Responsibilities: * Weld carbon steel and stainless steel pipe using appropriate processes (Stick/TIG/Flux). * Fit, assemble, and install piping systems according to drawings and specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and layout instructions. * Maintain high-quality welding standards under inspection. * Work safely in elevated and confined areas as required. Helper Responsibilities: * Assist welders and fitters with material handling, tool setup, and jobsite organization. * Measure, cut, and prep pipe under supervision. * Maintain clean and safe work areas. * Learn and develop trade skills alongside experienced professionals. Requirements: * Pipe Welders: Minimum 3 years of experience + ability to pass a weld test. * Helpers: At least 1 year of industrial/mechanical or construction labor experience. * Strong attention to safety and ability to follow direction. * Must have reliable transportation and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Must be able to pass a drug screen.
