Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk Location: Pompano Beach, FLSalary Range: $41,600 - $52,000 annually Company Overview: We are a growing and collaborative organization seeking an organized and detail-driven Accounts Receivable Clerk. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, communicating with customers, and supporting a fast-paced accounting department. Responsibilities: Process customer payments, apply cash receipts, and maintain accurate AR records. Generate invoices, send monthly statements, and ensure timely billing. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances. Research and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and customers. Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting. Requirements: 1-3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.). Excellent communication and customer service skills.
