This role owns recruiting across our GTM and Engineering orgs - the two functions that will determine whether we hit our goal of 2.5x revenue in 2026. You're not inheriting a machine; you're building one. You'll lead a team of 5+ recruiters, set the strategy, raise the bar on every hire, and serve as a key partner to the C-suite on org design.
