Come join our family of employees; take part in this promising career path and have the chance to serve our customers.Full dealership and shop with air conditioning!The right candidates:A high level (preferably ASE Master Certified Recon Tech) to take on diagnostics and repair of all makes and modelsHave worked with a business or industry that makes a superior customer experience the priorityAble to work with multiple product linesKnowledge with aftermarket parts/vendors to complete a repairMaintain a positive mindset and are always looking for the up-side to any challengeWork with integrity to stay self-motivated and productiveAre Team-Players and want to understand and take part in the Bigger PictureEnjoy learning and applying new skillsPractice great communication by listening as well as conversingJob Duties/Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Thoroughly inspect vehicles for proper reconditioning so they may be retailed.Skills to perform basic maintenance and vehicle repair needsWorks well with team members and advisorsProficient with diagnosing concerns pertaining to drivetrain, electrical, suspension, brakes, etc.Maintain a clean workspaceBasic knowledge required to work on a computer and learn new programsHave your own tools (MB specialty tools will be provided)Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving recordMust be at least 18 years of age to be consideredMust be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screenCome join our family, grow with us, and watch yourself grow as we will invest in the invested!Hours: This is a full-time positionMonday-Friday from 8:00am-6:00pmRotating Saturdays from 7:00am-4:00pmCompensation:$25-40 per flag hour depending on ASE certificationCAG is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
