Ensures accountability, communication, and     good working relationships among the team• Fosters positive employee relations through the development of an engaging, diverse, team-oriented culture.• Supports the community sales & marketing process to achieve or exceed established occupancy goals.Job Requirements -Certified Assisted Living Administrator-CALA• Must be licensed in Maryland• Bachelor's degree in a health-related, business, gerontology, or hospitality field required #LI-DP1
