To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 802474 Job Title: 1st Shift Packer - Temp to Perm Location: Addison, IL Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3:50 AM - 4:00 PM (1st shift) Position Overview Join a stable production team where you'll visually inspect and pack finished plastic bottles to ensure quality standards are met. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential. Key Responsibilities Inspect bottles on the production line, comparing to approved samples. Pack acceptable bottles into approved shipping containers. Separate and report non-conforming bottles. Palletize full containers for removal from the production area. Follow all safety and quality policies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience with assembly, hand-packing, or visual inspection is a plus. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Basic math, computer, and organizational skills.
