You'll collaborate closely with Snowball's YouTube growth experts (27M+ subscribers, 110B+ views) to elevate storytelling, refine creative execution, experiment with new formats, and help scale one of the most influential technology channels on the platform.What You'll DoEdit high-performing longform, YouTube-first content across established channelsShape stories with strong pacing, hooks, and creative polish optimized for retention and watch timeCollaborate with internal marketing teams,producers, strategists, and creatives on various types of longform formatsMaintain organized, scalable workflows to ensure fast, reliable delivery at volumeContinuously refine creative based on performance data and audience insightsWhat You Bring3-5 years of professional editing experience (YouTube experience strongly preferred)Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Frame.io (After Effects is a plus)Deep understanding of YouTube pacing, retention strategy, and storytelling conventionsExperience editing across multiple content types (educational, brand, campaign, product)Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-moving production cyclesA collaborative mindset and passion for making complex topics accessible and engaging
