Job Description

Specific Job Responsibilities: Assists in creation of written content including customer success stories, email campaigns and magazine articles, aligning materials to nexAir's brand and messaging standardsLeads nexAir's ongoing customer segmentation initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and regular updates to support targeted marketing effortsManages inbound leads from nexAir's website funnels by reviewing, researching, and routing them to the appropriate internal teamsBuilds lead lists and researches prospective contacts by fulfilling Sales Team requests, identifying target companies, and locating key decision-makers across assigned industries and geographic areasCollaborates with the team to design graphics that enhance and align with marketing campaigns and initiativesManages customer gift inventory and coordinates timely distribution of gifts for the Sales TeamAttends and assists with coordination of events as needed, representing the nexAir brandPerforms other related duties as required and assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; significant work experience can substitute for the degreeExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalismAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team and with all levels of employees, management, and service providersExcellent organization skills, project, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work assignments simultaneouslyAbility to accomplish projects within a timely mannerProficient using the web and latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Some travel may be requiredClassification• Hourly, Non-Exempt Employee• Full-time Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
