Project Manager

Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Residential Estimator/Project Manager to join our team in Twinsburg , Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential electrical systems and project management, with the ability to prepare accurate quotes for generators, EV chargers, remodels, service upgrades, new homes, and additions. This role involves conducting site visits when needed, managing project execution, supporting field teams with electrical coordination and constructability reviews, and ensuring proper documentation and closeouts. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to budget control, customer satisfaction, and maintaining project status updates throughout the job lifecycle. Requirements Key Responsibilities Quoting Residential Projects for customers (Generators, EVs , r emodels, Services, new homes , additions , etc.) Site visits with customers when required . Project Execution Support field teams with electrical coordination and constructability review. Budget and cost control Identify and manage any changes in scope to the original contract . Project Documentation: Manage and coordinate project documents, such as required close -outs for the end customer. Maintain quote and project status updates . Qualifications 3-5 Years in Electrical construction experience or a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or licensed journeyman experience. Experience in Electric Vehicle and Generators . Strong C omputer, communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and drug screening check. Promote a safe working environment
