Your focus will be on education, trust-building, and creating an exceptional Acura ownership experience.Responsibilities include:Greeting and engaging guests in a warm, professional mannerLearning each guest's needs and guiding them to vehicles that fit their lifestyleDemonstrating vehicle features and technology in the showroom and during test drivesExplaining Acura benefits, warranties, and ownership programsAssisting guests through the purchase process in coordination with management and F&ISupporting vehicle deliveries, including:Bluetooth and phone pairingNavigation and infotainment setupDriver-assist and safety featuresFollowing up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and answer questionsMaintaining CRM activity and guest communicationStaying current on Acura models, trims, incentives, and technologySupporting special events, product launches, and showroom initiativesQualificationsWe're looking for someone who is:Passionate about customer service and luxury experiencesComfortable communicating in person, by phone, and digitallyTech-savvy and eager to learn vehicle features and digital toolsProfessional, organized, and dependableAble to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environmentBilingual Spanish/English strongly preferredAt least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving recordPrevious experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
