Finance Manager

CR Fletcher is recruiting for a Finance Manager for a growing healthcare company in the area.The Finance Manager will collaborate with divisional leadership to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and performance management.Responsibilities include:Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning while providing variance analysis, reporting, and actionable insights to improve financial performance.Operational & KPI Oversight: Develop and deliver key performance metrics, financial reports, and trend analysis to guide leadership in managing growth and controlling costs.Revenue Cycle Leadership: Oversee billing and accounts receivable functions, including complex reimbursement processes, insurance claims, and third-party payer analysis.Process Improvement & Team Management: Implement financial best practices, improve systems and processes, and lead teams responsible for billing and revenue operations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Finance with minimum two years of staff leadership experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
