This role utilizes Oracle MRP tools and collaborates with Production, Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Shipping teams to ensure efficient execution of production plans.Principal Responsibilities, Duties, & TasksProduction Scheduling & PlanningUse Oracle MRP tools to schedule production based on system output and production feedback.Develop and adjust production schedules to align with capacity, labor, and equipment availability.Material & Resource CoordinationWork with Planning and Procurement teams to determine raw material availability.Ensure consumables and production supplies are available for scheduled production runs.Cross-Functional CommunicationCommunicate production schedules and order availability to Sales and Shipping teams.Coordinate schedule changes with Production leadership to minimize disruptions.Monitoring & OptimizationMonitor production performance and adjust schedules as needed to address constraints.Identify potential capacity or material issues and proactively recommend solutions.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate scheduling data and production plans within Oracle and related systems.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of MRP and production scheduling principlesProficiency with ERP systems, preferably OracleAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance competing priorities and deadlinesStrong communication and collaboration skillsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing preferredPrior experience in production scheduling or planning strongly preferredPosition Details Full Time-OnsiteLocation: Feasterville, PAWe are proud of our commitment to equal employment opportunity for all qualified job candidates and associates and ask that all associates support diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
