Key ResponsibilitiesStore Opening & Morning ProductionOpen the store Monday-Friday at 6:00 AMComplete all opening procedures, equipment startup, and kitchen setupProduce all required products before the store opens at 9:00 AMEnsure displays and prep areas are fully stocked and ready for serviceMochi Donut ProductionPrepare, mix, fry, glaze, and finish mochi donuts independentlyMaintain consistency in size, texture, flavor, and appearanceKorean Corn DogsPrepare, batter, fry, and finish Korean corn dogs to company standardsBoba Drink PreparationBrew teas, prepare boba pearls and toppings, and set up drink stationsEnsure proper ratios, consistency, and food safety standardsDubai Chocolate ProductsPrepare, assemble, and package Dubai chocolate products according to recipes and presentation guidelinesFood Safety & ComplianceMaintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulationsMonitor temperatures, cleanliness, and cross-contamination preventionPackaging & PresentationPackage and display all products to ensure quality, freshness, and visual appealInventory & Ingredient PrepPrep ingredients, rotate stock, and communicate low inventory itemsMinimize waste through proper handling and storageCleaning & OrganizationMaintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout the shiftClean equipment, tools, and workstations according to standardsTeam CollaborationCoordinate with other team members and management to ensure smooth daily operationsSkills and QualificationsRequired ScheduleMonday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 1:30 PMMust be punctual and reliable for early-morning opening shiftsFood Manager Health License (Required)Must hold a valid Food Manager / Food Protection Manager Health LicenseProduction ExperiencePrevious experience producing food in a kitchen or bakery environment preferredAttention to DetailStrong consistency and precision in food preparation and presentationMultitasking & Time ManagementAbility to work independently and meet production deadlines before openingPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsTeam-Oriented & AccountableStrong communication skills and a high level of ownership over workFood Safety KnowledgeSolid understanding of food safety and sanitation practicesRequirements Job RequirementsFood Manager Health Certification (Required) Must hold a valid Food Manager / Food Protection Manager Certification Certification must remain current and in good standing Availability Must be available Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM Must be punctual and reliable for early-morning opening shifts Valid Driver's License Must possess a valid driver's license Reliable transportation required Food Safety & Sanitation Knowledge Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health department compliance Ability to follow and enforce proper food handling procedures independently Independent Work Capability Ability to work independently during early production hours without direct supervision Comfortable opening the store and preparing production for the day Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Attention to Detail & Consistency Ability to consistently produce high-quality products according to recipes and standards Time Management Strong ability to manage time efficiently to complete production before store opening Professionalism & Accountability Dependable, organized, and accountable for daily opening and production responsibilities Background Check Eligibility Must be eligible to pass a background check
