You'll work with specialized tools and follow clear instructions to ensure every product meets quality benchmarks. This posting is for 1st and 2nd shift roles. Your day-to-day will include:Welding and assembling parts with precision, following standardized work instructionsMeeting production cycle times while maintaining top-tier qualityOperating welding equipment safely and efficientlySupporting team goals and standardized work processesInspecting previous welds for accuracy before adding new componentsMaintaining a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S standardsUpholding ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental standardsParticipating in special projects and continuous improvement initiativesEssential Skills:Basic English reading and comprehensionAbility to follow detailed work instructionsFlexibility to adapt to changing production needsPreferred Experience:Familiarity with weld-shop processesPrior experience in manufacturing weldingWork Environment & Physical Requirements:This role involves hands-on work in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You'll need to be comfortable working in hot or cold conditions, standing for long periods, and performing physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 lbs), kneeling, and reaching. Strong vision and hearing are essential for safety and accuracy.
