Known for delivering high-quality, community-focused projects, they prioritize employee development, operational excellence, and long-term stability.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day project management for a ground-up, $40M affordable multifamily development.Manage project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and subcontractor contracts.Coordinate schedules, lead weekly progress meetings, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards.Work closely with ownership, design teams, and local authorities to ensure compliance and timely completion.Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep the project on track.Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting throughout all phases.
