Working with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, this person will help translate strategy and shape messaging, building thoughtful communications that inform, engage, and move our people to action.This is a highly hands-on role for an experienced individual who enjoys owning execution-heavy channels, writes clearly, manages details exceptionally well, executes with precision, and is eager to grow their impact and influence over time.What you'll doDevelop and execute corporate communications plans for firmwide initiatives, operational updates, and strategic prioritiesBuild strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, partnering with leaders and project teams (e.g., HR, People teams) to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor on messaging, timing, and deliveryDraft and coordinate communications deliverables, including internal emails, FAQs, talking points, presentations, intranet content, and visual assetsOwn and execute recurring employee communications channels, including firmwide and targeted newsletters (i.e., editorial planning, drafting, stakeholder intake, approvals, distribution)Translate complex or ambiguous topics into clear, compelling narratives tailored to specific audiencesSupport change communications related to organizational updates, platform launches, internal transformations, and acquisitionsEnsure messaging is cohesive across teams and channels, contributing to a consistent and connected employee experienceIdentify opportunities to improve how and where we communicate, including channels, formats, and storytelling approachesMeasure effectiveness of communications efforts and apply insights and feedback to continuously improve impactManage multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high qualityWhat success looks likeEmployees understand what's changing, why it matters, and what's expected of themLeaders feel confident in how messages are delivered and supported by strong execution and reliable follow-throughCommunications are timely, intentional, and aligned to firm prioritiesContent is clear, concise, and on brand, without sounding like it was written by committee or AIWhat you bring8-10+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, ideally in professional services or a similar environmentExceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and leadersStrong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyConfidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing without formal authorityA thoughtful, proactive approach to communications strategy and executionA collaborative mindset and commitment to an inclusive working environmentNice to haveExperience supporting change or transformation initiativesComfort working across a variety of channels and tools, including intranet and visual storytelling platforms such as SharePoint, Airtable, Axios HQ, Canva, or similar platformsExperience using AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support drafting, editing, summarization, and content planning.Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role is listed below. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
