Position ImpactSupport the department by working closely with various team members to complete projects and daily tasks. Understand the internal processes and provide feedback on areas of improvement. ResponsibilitiesAssist department leads and team members by completing assigned tasks and contributing to efficient team operationsAssist with graphic design, digital asset creation and item setups to support eCommerce product listings and brand initiativesCreate and edit content pages using retail customer portals and/or spreadsheetsRevise and optimize existing online content to align with vendor requirementsContribute to eCommerce marketing, promotional and social media planning and activitiesAttend departmental meetingsPerform research on departmental projectsProvide ideas to grow and improve the business70-80% of the role will be eCommerce Content coordination and item setups; other Major Accounts projects assigned as neededQualifications Final year student or recent graduate in program of studyMarketing, Graphic Design, Content or business-related programsAbility to multi-taskDetail oriented, efficient, and organizedProficient in MS Office suitePhotoshop experience helpfulAbility to work on-site from 10-40 hours per week Behavioral attributes A commitment to self-improvementThe ability to embrace and continually adapt to changeA positive attitude even when unexpected challenges ariseA willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for achieving personal and team resultsADA requirementsFrequently required to sit; talk or hear and use of hands to handle or touch objects or controlsRegularly required to stand and walkOn occasion, it may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shouldersMust occasionally lift to 25 poundsVision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
