Job Responsibilities:Complete extensive training regarding the product line. (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram)Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and modelsInteract and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchaseCreate the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customersTest drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive featuresEstablish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goalsComplete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperworkSupport online customers through the e-Sales officeFollow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close salesRequirements:Previous sales experience is preferredAutomotive experience a plus but not requiredComfortable with a commission based pay planQuality customer service skills and sales track recordOutgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
