Job Description

Overview Client is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide systems support for internal and external users on a range of moderate to complex technical issues. This role focuses on supporting proprietary business systems, troubleshooting application and desktop issues, responding to support requests submitted by email, and ensuring timely issue resolution through proper documentation, tracking, and escalation. Core Responsibilities Provide moderate to complex end-user support for internal proprietary systems, including JURIS, One Team, SIR, TAMS, and Voyager Respond to technical support requests submitted through email and manage tickets through resolution Troubleshoot application, system, and user support issues and assist with software-related problems as needed Document, track, monitor, and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary Communicate high-visibility issues to leadership in a timely manner Support quality programs and complete additional duties as assigned Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies Five years of Help Desk or technical support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Two or more years of experience supporting proprietary systems including JURIS, One Team, SIR, TAMS, and Voyager Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Experience with Microsoft 365, including OneDrive, Teams, Word, and Excel Basic networking knowledge Experience supporting Dell desktops and laptops Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment Preferred Skills or Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university A+ certification Experience working in a structured service center or IT support environment Understanding of quality processes and procedures Work Details Location: Dublin, OH Work Arrangement: Onsite Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Position Type: Contract to hire Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
