Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Plano, TX Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of modern programming languages and cloud technologies to support our applications and ensure their stability and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Solid understanding of Java, .NET, Python, Scala, Node.js, JavaScript, and expertise in CI/CD tools. Experience with cloud programming and technologies like Terraform, AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift. Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, Confluence, Ansible Tower, Digital's XLR, and testing tools such as TOSCA, QTest, and Octane. Expertise in Unix systems, scripting, and knowledge of BASH, KSH. 7 years of production support experience. Good understanding of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases. Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with RedHat OpenShift Containers. DevOps tool experience, incident and change management. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide in-depth problem analysis of application, system errors, and performance issues. Conduct proactive application stability analysis and investigate performance concerns. Lead proactive monitoring review and implementation. On-call support for production releases. Write and maintain process documentation and automate tasks to eliminate manual processing.
