Billing Assistant

Description + We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. You will work with our billing team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, manage client accounts, and assist with account reconciliation. This position is well-suited for recent college graduates or individuals with a minimum of one year of demonstrated experience in customer service or a call center environment. Available to work onsite Monday through Friday, full time Responsibilities: + Prepare and issue invoices for customers and clients. + Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances. + Assist with bill adjustments, credits, and account reconciliations. + Maintain precise records of all billing transactions. + Respond to client billing inquiries professionally and in a timely manner. + Collaborate with the finance team for audit and compliance functions. + Support ad hoc billing projects as assigned.
