In this role, you'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing and screening to presenting top candidates to our hiring teams.This is a hands-on, operational role built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, loves finding great people, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo when it comes to recruiting strategy. What You'll DoOwn the day-to-day recruiting operations: reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelinesSource and engage top talent across Product, Engineering, and Design rolesPresent qualified candidates to internal hiring teams with clear and compelling summariesPartner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to refine processes and improve the overall candidate experienceUse AI-powered tools and modern recruiting technologies to increase efficiency and quality of hiresBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCollaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team cultureContribute ideas and help shape the talent acquisition strategy at tapoutsRequirements5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth tech environmentProven experience hiring for Product, Engineering, and/or Design rolesExperience recruiting for US-based companies or US-based teams is a strong plusAdvanced English (required)Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and a genuine interest in leveraging technology to improve hiringStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-changing environmentExperience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus)Benefits 100% remote - work from anywhere in Latin America Be part of a fast-growing startup where your work has real impact Work alongside an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead who will support your growth A culture that encourages new ideas and continuous improvement
