Below is the Job Description for your reference: Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst IV Duration: 12 Months Location: Plano, Texas (75024) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst IV to support partner incentive operations and program lifecycle management. This role focuses on ensuring accurate incentive processing, efficient partner onboarding/offboarding, and seamless dispute resolution for large accounting firms and channel partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations for partner incentive programs, including tracking, validation, and issue resolution Research and resolve complex payment and incentive disputes for external partners Support program lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and process optimization Deliver operational support for accounting firms engaged through lead-pass/referral programs Provide secondary support for the QuickBooks Solution Provider (QSP) channel, including payments and partner management Ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate records and scalable processes Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and partner teams to drive operational efficiency Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and partner experience Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or similar roles Proven experience handling incentive or compensation programs Strong background in researching and resolving payment or incentive disputes Experience supporting channel operations or partner programs (preferred: accounting or professional services firms) Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce (or equivalent) Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Familiarity with Quickbase or similar low-code workflow/database platforms Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with partner referral or lead-pass business models Exposure to financial systems or SaaS-based incentive programs Ability to translate business, financial, and technical requirements into actionable processes Key Competencies: Analytical thinking and problem-solving Attention to detail and accuracy Process improvement and scalability mindset Stakeholder communication and collaboration
