This engineer will work for multiple project managers on a broad range of project types. The position would offer the opportunity to work on varied types of projects, including municipal, utility healthcare, affordable housing, educational facilities, housing developments, and much more.A typical workweek can include engineering calculations, drawing development, and site visits. This position allows for interactions with owners, architects, and contractors early in your career, along with opportunities for marketing activities. The TeamOur civil engineering teams focus on site and infrastructure design, including leading projects such as the 16th Street Mall redesign in Denver.ResponsibilitiesUse of computer design and graphics software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Coordinate work of other disciplinesCompletes design calculations for project componentsStudies and applies building code and/or jurisdictional requirements under the supervision of the Project ManagerPerform reference researchPrepares detailsPrepares and writes reportsCalculates and checks dimensionsProvides field observation, review of shop drawings and product submittals during constructionWork overtime when necessary.RequirementsRequiredBachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited engineering curriculumProficiency with Civil3DHas passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Examination2-5 years' experienceMust be eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Ability to work in the Denver area. Base Salary: For individuals hired in Colorado, a reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $65,000 to $82,000 annually.Base Salary Review: This role is eligible to participate in Martin/Martin's annual base salary increase review process.Annual Bonus: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary annual bonus program.
