Manager, Optimization & Reporting (hybrid)Tandigm Health, a transformational leader in population health management, is looking for a Manager, Optimization & Reporting in the greater Philadelphia area. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and are proud to share a culture where every person feels valued and empowered.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Tandigm Health is seeking a dynamic Manager of Optimization and Reporting who is ready to turn strategy into action and bring clarity to complex data. In this vital role, you will help operationalize Tandigm's strategic vision while working closely with the Director of Optimization and Reporting. You will lead the development and delivery of high-quality operational, clinical, and financial reporting that empowers department leaders and senior management to make informed, data-driven decisions.As the steward of reporting excellence, you will ensure that processes are streamlined, consistent, and tightly aligned with established organizational frameworks. Your work will shape how data flows through the organization, strengthening the accuracy and efficiency of reporting that supports key initiatives. Your commitment to quality and responsiveness will help elevate organizational performance and contribute to high-impact results that drive Tandigm Health forward.Essential Functions Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation as well as improve efficiency by eliminating non-value-added work. Elevate, simplify, and drive data and reporting within the organization. Manage applications for report generation and analysis tools. Leverage and identify existing and additional data sources/tools. Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers, partners, and advisors. Assist in defining, establishing, and managing KPI's to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables to the organization. Ensure timely upwards reporting of issues and paths to resolution. Develop and maintain enterprise reporting, self-service solutions, internal analytics, presentation, and visualization. Identify data related problems and solve issues with minimal direction. Comply with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations when using and reporting PHI (Protected Health Information). Team Development/LeadershipPromote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.Ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development.Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results.Manage the workload and efficiencies of direct reports.Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Tandigm Health's commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.Uses, protects, and discloses Tandigm's patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and protects Tandigm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.Adheres to and responsible to abide by all information security policies, processes, and/or activities.Reports security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization to management.Required Qualifications:Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. Masters Degree Preferred. Experience 6 - 10 years of experience including 3-5 years within the healthcare industry Prior experience managing 1-3 data analyst(s) and/or business intelligence analyst(s) preferred Expert-level SQL capabilities, including: advanced SELECT statements, window functions, CTEs, dynamic SQL, indexing strategies, query optimization, and translating business logic into scalable SQL code across enterprise data platforms 4 - 7 years working with Business Intelligence reporting tools (Amazon Quicksight or Power BI Preferred) Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams A self-starter who is also a team player with demonstrated abilities to collaborate effectively across the business Knowledge, Skills, Abilities World-class organizational skills, encompassing an extremely high attention to detail, a strong ownership-ethic, and intense focus on accuracy and accountability Experience designing and building charts/dashboards/reports and advanced visualizations Business acumen - ability to understand key business drivers and work with leadership team to drive results Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and visually communicate analysis outcomes Ability to reach consensus across internal and external stakeholders Strong analytic & problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and an investigative nature A self-starter able to deliver independently or through others Applicants must be authorized to work in the US; work visa sponsorship will not be provided.Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO):Tandigm provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully:Tandigm Health, LLC does not acceptunsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
