The resort integrates resort-owned vacation rental homes, large-scale water features, and extensive recreational infrastructure. The eight-acre Evermore Bay lagoon includes advanced water treatment, circulation, and safety systems that require continuous monitoring. Two championship golf courses, numerous pools, water sports facilities, and a wide range of amenities, including pickleball courts, event spaces, and dining venues, further enhance the offerings. Become part of an energetic team bringing Evermore Orlando Resort to life!Key Responsibilities: Organize, run and supervise smooth and efficient daily opening and closing shifts in the assigned outlet(s), ensuring an exceptional and luxury guest and Team Member experienceLead pre-shift meetings and complete all manager checklists and dutiesRespond immediately and effectively to guest and team member needs and feedback while fostering our cultureMonitor guest feedback scores/comments and address accordingly and champion guest satisfaction score programsSupport the department strategic goals and plans; support departmental recognition program for delivering great service to our guestsPositively and proactively collaborate with other department leaders to ensure we meet the organization's goalModel and promote teamwork across all teamsUse tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and Team Members, and respond with patience and courtesyAssist in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business in support of financial goalsAssist with the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training of all hourly team membersImplement SOPs for all venues to align with Forbes and Resort standards, holding staff accountable for consistent and luxury servicePerform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage and restaurant supplies and track high-cost items; place food, beverage and restaurant supply orders; and accept and inspect deliveriesEnforce cash handling, credit cards, house accounts, and other internal billing policies with the accounting departmentOperate necessary software, including cashiering, reporting, and payroll systemsWork a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as neededEnsure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations for all outletsAttend and conduct meetings as required both within the department and within the property's organizational structureEnsure team is following all standard policies and procedures.Promote and practice Evermore's culture and establish a positive, inclusive work environment and ensure the resort's brand is not compromisedRespond to any reasonable task assigned by upper management or ownershipEducation, Skills and ExperienceFour-year college degree or equivalent Food & Beverage outlets management experience.4-6 years of high-volume luxury hospitality experienceFood, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirementsExperience working with inventory management and controlsExcellent management and supervisory skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of peopleOutstanding organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Inspired always to lead Evermore brand and team member valuesProficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelinesValid Florida Driver's License with an acceptable driving recordProficient in Google Business & Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareProficient in standard industry computer systems (POS, work order systems, inventory, etc.)Must stay current with resort operations and food & beverage trendsPhysical RequirementsAble to safely lift, pull and push Move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 poundsAble to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reachSubject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outsideAt Evermore, your role isn't just a job-it's a chance to be part of something groundbreaking, a revolution in travel, and we need passionate individuals to help us bring this vision to life!
