The ideal candidate is hands-on, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting both Dynamics 365 Business Central and a broad range of IT systems, combining strong technical skills with excellent communication, professionalism, and a proactive mindset. The Business Central Support Specialist / IT Generalist will be the go-to resource for end-user support, system troubleshooting, process improvements, and day-to-day technology operations across the organization. Compensation and Benefits$85,000 - $100,00 annually, depending on experience Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)401KPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity for professional development and advancement in a growing companyExposure to M&A integrations and HR initiativesCollaborative and supportive team environmentSchedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - (earlier start/end time flexible)Location333 City Blvd. W Suite 333, Orange, 9266833 City Blvd, W STE 333 Orange, CA 92868Required Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or application supportHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)Strong understanding of Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and cloud identity managementSolid grasp of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls)Experience supporting iOS/Android mobile devices and tabletsFamiliarity with VOIP systems and troubleshooting voice/network issuesExcellent communication skills-able to translate technical issues into clear, user-friendly languageStrong documentation habits and attention to detailAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support a fast-moving environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Business Central extensions, integrations, or API connectivityKnowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworksExperience with Intune or other MDM solutionsBackground supporting small-to-mid-sized business environmentsKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Central Support (Primary Focus) Provide frontline support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users across Finance, Operations, Sales, and InventoryTroubleshoot issues related to posting, permissions, workflows, integrations, and data accuracyAssist with user setup, security roles, and permissions managementSupport configuration changes, page personalization, and basic system administrationDocument processes, create training materials, and deliver user training sessionsCoordinate with external partners or Microsoft support when escalation is requiredAssist with reporting, data exports, and Power BI dashboards connected to Business Central General IT Support Provide Tier 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)Manage user accounts, licensing, and security in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Office 365 applicationsTroubleshoot network connectivity issues and support basic network infrastructure (switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls)Assist with device provisioning, patching, and endpoint securityMaintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT policies Power BI & Reporting Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reportsConnect data sources, including Business Central, Excel, and cloud servicesSupport data modeling, refresh schedules, and user access VOIP & Communications Systems Provide support for the organization's VOIP phone systemAssist with call flows, extensions, voicemail, and softphone/mobile app configurationTroubleshoot connectivity and quality issues in coordination with the VOIP vendorWe look forward to receiving your resume!
